FlapSnaps is an adults only submission site celebrating confidence, body positivity, humour, and unapologetic flaps.

Submission rules

  • Adults only. You must be 18 or over.
  • Only submit images of yourself or content you fully own.
  • Explicit consent is required for all submissions.
  • No images involving minors, under any circumstances.
  • No hateful, abusive, exploitative, or illegal content.
  • Submissions may be rejected without explanation.

How it works

  1. Email your flap snaps to dave@flapsnaps.com.
  2. Confirm that you are 18+ and own the content.
  3. Choose a credit name or remain anonymous.
  4. Your submission is reviewed and may be featured.

Dave reviews all submissions personally. Quality, confidence, and attitude matter more than perfection.

Every submission to FlapSnaps is personally reviewed by Dave. Not an algorithm. Not a panel. Just Dave.

Credentials

Dave has spent many years developing a refined understanding of flaps through extensive independent research and first-hand exposure to a wide range of submissions.

  • Certified Self-Appointed Flap Expert (C.S.A.F.E).
  • Former Head of Informal Visual Assessment at absolutely nowhere official.
  • Contributor to numerous unresolvable pub debates on flap quality.
  • Known for consistency, discretion, and decisive judgement.

None of these qualifications are recognised by any governing body. Dave recognises them, which is sufficient.

The review process

  1. Initial assessment
    Adult, consensual, owned by the sender.
  2. Confidence check
    Attitude beats perfection every time.
  3. Flap integrity review
    Presentation, balance, and character.
  4. Final verdict
    Dave decides. Dave moves on.

Dave’s decisions are final. Not because they are flawless, but because Dave has already decided.

The Dave Flap Scale™

While not scientific, peer-reviewed, or remotely serious, Dave uses a proprietary internal scale to help organise his thoughts.

  1. Level 1: Technically a flap.
  2. Level 2: Respectable effort.
  3. Level 3: Noteworthy. Dave pauses.
  4. Level 4: Excellent form. Dave nods.
  5. Level 5: Exceptional. Dave remembers.

Scores are internal, final, and never disclosed.

The Code of Flap Ethics

FlapSnaps operates under a strict ethical framework. This framework was drafted by Dave, reviewed by Dave, and unanimously approved by Dave.

Consent Above All

Every flap must be shared willingly by an adult who owns the content. If consent is unclear, the flap does not proceed.

Respect for the Flap

Flaps are treated with seriousness, appreciation, and basic human decency. Dave may joke, but Dave does not mock.

Confidentiality

Anonymity is honoured exactly as requested. What is sent to Dave stays with Dave, unless featured with permission.

No Exploitation

Submissions are not sold, reused, or repurposed without explicit permission.

The Right to Withdraw

Any contributor may request removal at any time. No justification required.

Final Authority

Interpretation of this code rests entirely with Dave. This is not a democracy.

This Code of Flap Ethics may change without notice, announcement, or apology.

Rights, credit, and removal

You retain full ownership of your images. By submitting, you grant FlapSnaps permission to display your content on this site and associated platforms.

Credit will be displayed exactly as requested, or not at all if you prefer anonymity.

If you later want your content removed, email us and it will be taken down without fuss or judgement.
